A neighbour told me this number called her to say her phone would be disconnected in 24 hours. She is not behind in any payments.
Not even a dialling tone when returned call. Expect it's another scam/spam. This makes my 92 yrs, old mothers tally of touching 400 in 9 months. Scandalous.

Another switch on your computer/router scam pretending to be from BT. Indian guy, call centre style. Only odd thing is it was a local Stowmarket number but when I tried to call it the number doesn’t exist???
Scam callers
Indian man clearly calling over the internet voice protocol and breaking up very badly. Hung up on me because I couldn't hear him.
told me they were my internet service provider and my router was hacked .when i asked who my service provider was they gave me the wrong name.

01449294703 called me saying they where from Microsoft - sounded like an Indian call centre - explained i was with the TPS and would not log in to Microsoft and share let them remote in.. they hung up after i mentioned TPS...
