Did a EE Limited (Orange) number call you?
The range holder is the company Ofcom gave the numbers to. It is often not the caller: many providers sell numbers to call centres, businesses and internet phone services, and numbers can be moved (ported) to another network. Caller ID can also be faked.
To find out more, open the number and read the reports from other people. If the call was a scam, report it to Action Fraud. To stop the calls, see how to block unwanted calls.
